How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@getenchantted.com within 7 days of your transaction. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

Processing Time

Once your refund request is received, we will review it within 5–7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within an additional 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if the digital artwork has already been processed and delivered, or if the request is made beyond the 7-day period.
